The Connery LED Ring Chandelier from Visual Comfort Signature, formerly known as Visual Comfort, is retained by a cylindrical ceiling mount with ring contours at its top and bottom, dispatching three slender cables to a broad metal ring structure below that seats damp-listed lamping along its inner surface. This potent lamping is adroitly moderated and channeled into focused downlight by a second layer of metal, creating a contrast between the bright light and the smooth metal that causes the ring structure to appear as if it is floating when illuminated.
